Desde el Grupo de Estudio de Trastornos de la Vigilia y el Sue\u00f1o de la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Neurolog\u00eda nos recomiendan realizar una serie de recomendaciones \u00fatiles para mejorar el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de aparici\u00f3n de un insomnio agudo de conciliaci\u00f3n grave (dificultad para coger el sue\u00f1o, de m\u00e1s de 1 hora desde que nos acostamos, y durante varias noches seguidas), de aparici\u00f3n en estos d\u00edas, y en el contexto de un estr\u00e9s personal marcado por todo lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo, adem\u00e1s se podr\u00eda considerar, junto con su m\u00e9dico habitual, el uso de f\u00e1rmacos hipn\u00f3ticos, pero siempre durante un periodo breve (menos de 4-8 semanas, o incluso menos si se resuelve antes la situaci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s personal), y en cualquier caso evitando que este tratamiento con medicamentos se prolongue m\u00e1s de dos meses o se cronifique una vez resuelta esta crisis.<\/p>\n<p>En personas con un insomnio cr\u00f3nico ser\u00eda importante intentar no incrementar la dosis de f\u00e1rmacos hipn\u00f3ticos si se est\u00e1n tomando y aplicar de forma estricta las medidas se\u00f1aladas m\u00e1s arriba.<\/p>\n<p>Para personas con otros trastornos de sue\u00f1o (s\u00edndrome de apneas obstructiva durante el sue\u00f1o, narcolepsia, s\u00edndrome de piernas inquietas, parasomnias), recomendamos mantener sin cambios sus tratamientos correspondientes y ante cualquier problema, contactar telef\u00f3nicamente con su m\u00e9dico especialista. La mejor forma de luchar contra la epidemia actual es reducir nuestra movilidad y limitar el n\u00famero de contactos que realizamos con otras personas a lo largo del
