(9:00, 12:30, 14:00&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evitar ultraprocesados\u00a0<\/strong>al igual que alimentos con alto contenido de <strong>az\u00facar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mant\u00e9ngase <strong>bien tuvo tiempo: <strong>aprender a tocar la guitarra, a pintar, dise\u00f1ar una p\u00e1gina<\/strong> web&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Es recomendable, a ser posible, compartir estos momentos con la familia:<strong> intensa. Trabaje seg\u00fan sus capacidades.<\/p>\n<p>Salga a <strong>pasear 1h diaria<\/strong>, siempre respetando la <strong>distancia<\/strong> y siguiendo las <strong>recomendaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante <strong>animar a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os a salir.<\/strong> Es probable que les cueste un poco esta primera semana de desconfinamiento y no sientan ilusi\u00f3n.
